This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

Thank you for feeding that stray cat for the past month that was near your restaurant- as it turns out- it was Missing from my neighborhood and is finally back home safe tonight with its owners. It went missing on June 1st. We really appreciate you taking such good care of her while she was lost. Her owners are so happy to have her back.

A family owned-small business restaurant with amazing people running it. I went in for a halo halo and the people working there were kind and showed an appreciation and interest in my choice of dessert. They asked if it was my first time having one and suggested for me to mix it before eating for the correct experience. I told them this was actually a treat Ive been having since I was a child! My favorite Filipino dessert. It was a vibrant and delicious halo halo. Lovely restaurant with cafeteria style serving. Will try their savory food next time.

Well I've been to a few Filipino restaurants, been enthusiastically anticipating this one Tita Celia's. Finally made it here after a good several years of residing in the Bay area. This restaurant did not disappoint. It was all and everything I heard about from numerous of sources. My wife wanted to surprise me by taking me here because I'd been talking about it for the longest time and we lost our local spot in Lomita. Tita Celia's was a near replica of our first location which had moved into a different location within the same plaza. They weren't so pleasant after they had moved and it took us all this time to finally make it over here in Carson. They had everything we wanted and more. We got a medium order of their Pancit, 1lb. of their Lechon, medium order of their beef stew, 3 two entre combos. Chicken adobo photo not shown, pork adobo, beef bistec with onions, and Binagoongon. All combos came with two scoops of white rice. Everything was delicious, authentic, and quite generous with the portions. The restaurant was clean, organized, and had welcoming service. The young man who served us was helpful and cheerful. The lady who looked like she was the boss (supervisor or e

Tita Celiaโs Filipino Comfort Food is an absolute gem for anyone craving authentic Filipino cuisine. Their breakfast selection is one of the best Iโve seenโhomemade longanisa, tender tapa, sweet tocino, bangus, silog meals, and moreโall at very competitive prices. You can really taste the care they put into their food, especially with their house-made longanisa, tapa, and tocino. Everything is seasoned perfectly and cooked just right. The place itself is spacious, clean, and very welcoming, perfect for families, groups, or anyone looking to enjoy a hearty Filipino meal. The variety on their menu is impressive, offering a mix of classic Filipino favorites and modern comfort dishes, so thereโs always something new to try. The staff are incredibly attentive and courteous, always making sure guests are comfortable and well taken care of. Their warm hospitality adds to the homey vibe that Filipinos naturally gravitate toward. Donโt miss their sagoโt gulaman and the refreshing fruit juices they offerโtheyโre the perfect sweet finish to any meal and pair wonderfully with their savory breakfast plates. Itโs no surprise that Tita Celiaโs has become a trendy spot for Filipinos looking fo

Visiting LA and as someone who lived a long time in the Philippines I miss Pinoy food a lot. They provide counter service (cafeteria style) where you can see all the cooked dishes and pick what you want. Very authentic dishes. I thought the prices were good and you can mix and match your combo meal plates. The staff behind the counter were very friendly and willing to explain dishes to you. I tried a lot of dishes with the group I was with. If you are new to Filipino food, the Pork BBQ, Sisig and Lechon Kawali would be good first choices from what I tried. I did feel the kawali could have been a little crispier though. For more acquired tastes: I liked the ginataang kalabasa and dinuguan (made with pork blood) a lot. Kare kare was also good but felt it could have used more peanut butter in it. Desserts: Buchi balls were really good. They had flakes of coconut in them which I didnโt get much growing up. Gulaman drink was good. I was a little let down with the Turon (banana lumpia) mainly because it wasnโt that crispy because it had been sitting. Those would be better fresh. They had a water pitcher for free water. Overall a good place for laid back atmosphere and Filipino exper
